Refund policy
Refunds/ Exchanges on Incorrect, Defective, or Damaged Items
Orders that are incorrect, defective, or damaged on arrival will be eligible for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of the date you received the item. Please contact Pinsanitydesigns@gmail.com We may request visual documentation of the defect in order to approve your refund or exchange. If the item proves to be defective after 7 days, refunds or exchanges will be allowed on a case by case basis. Refunds will be made to the same source payment was received from.
Other Refunds/Exchanges
Refunds or exchanges for a different size, color, or item must be requested within 30 days of the date you received the item. Apparel must be returned in new condition (unworn and unwashed). The buyer may be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return or exchange, and refunds may be reduced by the amount of the original shipping and handling costs.

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from pinsanitydesigns.com (the “Site”).
